Refund policy

The return costs are borne by the customer. The products must be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by all accessories and documentation. The refund, if the returned goods are eligible for the right of withdrawal, will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after the return. The delivery costs charged at the time of sale will also be refunded, however, the professional is not required to refund any additional costs if applicable.
